Tahir Scarves

A commentary piece inspired by the Egyptian Revolution that focuses mainly on the events that happened in Tahrir Square. While the design itself gives a slight not to the layout of Tahrir Square, the pattern itself spoke about three different subjects, that I believe, define the Egyptian Revolution: Social Media, Religious Tolerance, and the unforeseeable future. A total of three scarves were made.

The reason the medium scarves were chosen was because they symbolize respect and a hijab that women wear. All of which are contributing factors of the Egyptian Revolution.
